Stone Post Farm is a phenomenal neighborhood in the inviting town of Andover. A relatively small neighborhood, Stone Post Farm has a lot to offer future homebuyers. With most of the neighborhood developed in the 1990s and early 2000s, these coveted homes reflect their younger age with appealing contemporary colonials and ravishing modern Victorian style homes. Generous lot sizes vary, from approximately 1 acre all the way up to 5 acres for some properties. The homes themselves are also of ample size, with some reaching over 5,000 square feet, and some in the 3,000 square foot range, though sizes do vary based on each individual home.
Like its name might imply, Stone Post Farm is not an overdeveloped area, instead it offers the privacy created by a cul-de-sac, and another road that is not throughway and features a small decorative pond within view of several properties. The entrance to this preferred neighborhood is off of Andover’s Rt. 125, to the southeast of the downtown area. Ward Reservation is in the neighborhood, supplementing the serene community. In addition, the prestigious boarding school of Phillips Academy and its aesthetically pleasing, quintessential New England campus is not a far drive.
