Camelot Estates, Ashland
One of Ashland’s most desired neighborhoods, Camelot Estates is a small, cul-de-sac community of spectacular homes. Primarily built in 2001, most homes in optimal Camelot Estates feature 4 bedrooms. While square footage varies, it is generally in the range of 3,500 square feet. These stately homes are built in a contemporary colonial aesthetic.
Camelot Estates lies in a terrific location north of Ashland Center, and conveniently the intersection of Rt. 9 and I-90 is in the vicinity. While slightly farther, Ashland does have a stop on the MBTA Commuter Rail as well. Breakneck Hill Conservation Area is nearby, as is the wonderful Wilfred J. Turenne Wildlife Habitat.
