Known locally as “Electric Pond”, Dark Brook Reservoir is a popular fishing, boating, and kayaking destination in Auburn, Massachusetts. This 386-acre reservoir is home to many different species of warm water fish such as trout, bass, pike, and tiger muskies. The Reservoir has an average depth of eight feet, with its deepest point being approximately sixteen feet.

Dark Brook Reservoir is located north of Route 20, with a boat launch located off of West Street, just north of Randall School and the Auburn School Department. The Mass Pike separates Dark Brook Reservoir into two parts, but there is a narrow channel that allows boaters to access either side of the Reservoir.
