Stoneville Reservoir is a 60 acre body of water located in North Auburn. The northern portion Stoneville Reservoir is connected to Stoneville Pond via a narrow stream. There are a variety of houses located around the Reservoir, including Ranch, Cape, and Colonial-style homes.
Most of the houses near Stoneville Reservoir are located on the main roads of Wallace Avenue and Rochdale Street, though there are many quiet side roads located around the Reservoir. Many of the properties surrounding Stoneville Reservoir are right on the coast with a gorgeous waterfront view.
Although Stoneville Reservoir is in a less busy area of Auburn, it’s conveniently located near many of the area’s most attractions. The Reservoir is just a short drive from Route 12, the location of many outstanding restaurants, stores, and the Auburn Mall.
Golf enthusiasts living near Stoneville Reservoir have their choice of two nearby public golf courses: and the Pine Ridge Country Club and the Pakachoag Golf Course. Stoneville Reservoir is also located just north of the access road to Route 12, Route 20, I-290, I-395, and the Mass Pike (I-90).
