Bear Hill is a neighborhood near the center Billerica. The main road in the area is Tower Farm Road, which branches off onto many side streets including Whittier Road, Frost Road, Pratt Road, Porter Street, Poe Road, and Acre Road. Most of these roads have little to no through-traffic, making the neighborhood quiet and peaceful.

The homes at Bear Hill vary in size in style, but are mostly 3-5 bedroom Colonials with multiple bathrooms, attached garages, large lawns, and multiple thousands of square feet of living space. Some plots of land as large as eight acres in size are also for sale in the area.

Billerica’s main shopping center, the Shops at Billerica, is located on the western side of Bear Hill. This outdoor shopping area features a grocery store, and a few restaurants. Larger shopping malls and plazas can be found five miles east in Wilmington, five miles northwest in Tewksbury, or ten miles north in Lowell. The Burlington Mall, which features hundreds of stores and restaurants, is also just a short drive away.

All of the homes at Bear Hill are within two miles of the Country Club Of Billerica, which is located on Baldwin Drive. This club features a public, 18-hole golf course, restaurants and sports bar, and a large banquet hall that can be reserved for special events such as weddings.
