Heritage Heights is a neighborhood of homes in Billerica that are located on both the eastern and western side of Pond Street. Houses in this area can be found on Heritage Road, Eastview Avenue, Marilyn Road, and Pondover Road. Each of these roads is just a short drive from many highways and state routes including Route 3, Route 4, Route 129, Interstate 93, and Interstate 95, making the area a great location for commuters.

The are many different styles of houses at Heritage Heights including 3 bedroom Capes and ranches, 3-6 bedroom Colonials, as well as many multiple bedroom split-entry homes. A neighborhood of townhouses known as Salisbury Hill Estates is also located in the area. Most of these residences have multiple bathrooms, thousands of square feet of living space, and a garage.

Many homes on the eastern side of Heritage Heights having a scenic view of Fox Hill, a small mountain with surrounding wildlife that covers approximately forty acres of Billerica. Heritage Heights is just a few miles north of Shops at Billerica, the town’s largest shopping area. This outdoor plaza features about a dozen stores and restaurants as well as a grocery store. Burlington Mall, one of the of the area’s largest shopping malls, is about ten miles south of this neighborhood. It’s well worth the drive as visitors will find over a hundred stores and restaurants. This mall shares a road with Middlesex Commons and 3rd Ave Burlington, two other popular shopping centers.
