Rio Vista, Billerica
Rio Vista is a neighborhood of homes located on the western side of Route 3 in Billerica, Massachusetts. This area is bisected by Nashua Road (Route 4), which branches off into more than a half dozen side roads which form quiet neighborhoods. The area is a great location for commuters and travelers because it is less than a mile west of Route 3, which runs north to Interstate 495 and south to Interstate 95.

Burlington Mall, Middlesex Commons, 3rd Ave Burlington, Burlington Square, and an AMC Cinema can be found in a short stretch of road along the Middlesex Turnpike. The stores and restaurants at Chelmsford Town Center as well as the Shops at Billerica, the town’s largest shopping plaza, a bit closer to this area.
Rio Vista is just a short drive from Boston. Locals can enjoy the sights and sounds of the city by taking Interstate 93 south for about 30 minutes.Â
