Billerica Town Center is centered at the intersection of Andover Street, Concord Road, River Street, and Route 3A all meet in the center of town. There are many homes in the Town Center of Billerica, most of which are located in a quiet neighborhood off of one of the main roads in the area. Many houses can be found along the enclosed circle formed by Kenmar Drive, Mitchell Road, and Karen Circle off of Concord Road. This neighborhood is the site of Plaza Place Condominiums, which features 1-2 bedroom garden-style condos, each of which has 1-2 bathrooms, a private deck, and extra storage. Residents of the complex also have access to great amenities including a pool, on-site laundry facilities, and off-street parking.
Larger, 3-4 bedroom homes in the Town Center of Billerica can be found in neighborhoods along Parker Street, Pages Court, Blanchard Avenue, and Good Street. Many of these homes have an attached garage, large lawns, and private decks, porches, or patios.
The Town Center of Billerica is where most of the town’s public service buildings are located. The Town Clerk, Town Manager, Police Department, and Fire Department can be found in a complex on Boston Road. Shops at Billerica, one of the town’s largest shopping centers, is about a mile further south along Boston Road.
The Concord River, a great place to canoe, kayak, and fish for bass, pickerel, and trout, runs along the western side of Billerica’s Town Center. Lampson Memorial Field, a public park with a few sports fields, can be found at the southern end of this area. Country Club of Billerica, which features a public 18 hole golf course, restaurant, and sports bar, is also about two miles east of the center of town.
