ERA Key Featured on Channel 5's 'Chronicle'

Tim McCann from ERA Key’s Worcester office, as well as a buyer represented by Dorry Stone from the Worcester office, were featured on WCVB’s “Chronicle.”

The segment, which focused on the spring housing market, noted that housing inventory continues to be low, but sales are brisk. Inventory has dropped from 10,057 homes in 2020 to 4,307 in 2021 and 2,349 this year.

“Houses are not staying on the market for a long time, so it feels like there is no inventory,” according to the “Chronicle” report. “When you have more buyers than houses coming on the market, it feels like there is nothing to buy.”
