ERA Key’s Linda Abrams Earns Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation

ERA Key Realty Services of Northbridge announced today that Linda Abrams of Milford, a Realtor in the Milford office, has earned designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). 

Abrams has 30 years of experience as a Realtor, including 25 with ERA Key. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), as well as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). 

The SRES designation provides Realtors with the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. 

“As a SRES, I familiarize clients and customers with desirable community and home features for aging in place,” Abrams said. “I apply knowledge of the age-based homeownership cycle, in order to help find homes that fit preferences, life stage and needs. I also distinguish types of elder housing options that offer assistive services.”
