Framingham Office Has Top Agent, Nine Sales Leaders

Congratulations to ERA Key sales leaders from the Framingham office!

Graham Pettengill was the number one sales leader for all of ERA Key, while Nelson Zide finished ninth. 

Along with Lynne Eliopoulos, Pettengill and Zide were named to the Leaders’ Circle, which includes agents who have sold at least 65 units or total volume of at least $10 million. 

In addition, Valerie Cohen, Nancy Hurley, Heather Spence and Jody Troderman were named to the Circle of Achievement, which includes agents who have sold at least 45 units or total volume of at least $6 million. Robert Fontaine and  Michael O'Brien were named to the Circle of Honor, which includes agents who have sold at least 25 units or total volume of at least $3 million. 

“The Framingham office has produced many of ERA Key’s top sales leaders, while also being a leader in giving to the community,” Framingham Manager Ali Corton said. “We’re proud of having the number one agent, but we’re also proud of all of our agents for both their sales accomplishments and their community giving.” 

Award winners were announced at ERA Key’s annual meeting on Feb. 8, 2023.
