Haynes has Top Sale in Franklin for 2022

In an article about the most expensive home sales in the region, The MetroWest Daily News reported that Haynes, a Realtor in the Franklin office, was responsible for the most expensive home sale in Franklin for 2022.

The Daily News reported that, "Franklin's biggest sale in 2022 was for a home at 26 October Drive, which rang in at $2.2 million. The home was sold on May 26, and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, spread over 4,700 square feet. The home is part of Franklin's Autumn Hill Estates, and has a soaking tub nook, floor-to-ceiling stonework and a coffee/wet bar area in the kitchen. The house was built in 2007, and was listed by Michelle Haynes of ERA Key Realty Services."
