Introducing Team Blue’s Newest Real Estate Agent – Tatum Fales

Tatum Fales of Pelham, N.H., has joined ERA Key Realty Services’ Team Blue, which is based in the Wilmington office, Six Middlesex Ave.

Team Blue received ERA Key’s Top Team Award and the Leader’s Circle Award, based on 2021 sales. Other Team Blue members include Tim and Lori Penney, Linda Ducharme, Dan Jones, Stephanie Beggan, Laurie Finne and Jessica Parrella.

Tatum earned her bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College, Boston, and a paralegal certificate from Boston University. She served as a paralegal at Sweeney & Sweeney in Nashua, N.H., and also worked in the hospitality industry.

“Tatum’s experience will help her become a leader in the real estate industry,” according to Team Leader Lori Penney. “Her dedication, work ethic, entrepreneurial skills and caring attitude are just some of her strengths.”
