Lomasney, Team Blue Among Sales Leaders Announced for Billerica, Wilmington and Woburn Offices

Congratulations to ERA Key sales leaders in the Billerica, Wilmington and Woburn offices! 

Billerica’s Cathy Lomasney was among the top 10 agents for ERA Key, finishing 8^th. Along with Wilmington’s Team Blue, which includes Team Leader Lori Penney, Tim Penney and Linda Ducharme, Lomasney also received the Leaders’ Circle Award, which includes agents who have sold at least 65 units or a total volume of at least $10 million. 

Carolyn Corbett of Billerica was named to the Circle of Achievement, which includes agents who have sold at least 45 units or a total volume of at least $6 million. 

Lisa Luther of Billerica, and Kathleen Devine of Woburn received the Circle of Honor Award, which is presented to agents who have sold at least 25 units or total volume of at least $3 million.

“We’re proud to have some of the top agents and award winners in our office, but we’re also thrilled by the awesome efforts of all of our agents, not only in selling homes, but in contributing to the community,” said Branch Director Lisa Benoit.

Award winners were announced at ERA Key’s annual meeting on Feb. 8, 2023.
