A home at 41 Burnham Road, Windham, N.H., that was co-listed by Billerica agents Carolyn Corbett and Lisa Luther, was featured in Haven Boston Magazine. 
The home, which sold for $1,150,000 on Dec. 23, 2021, was among the top sellers in Windham for the year. The 4,000-square-foot home, which is located on 4.56 acres, is a custom-built colonial that features four bedrooms, a three-car garage, and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
