ERA Key’s Wilmington Office Moves to Historic Building

Wilmington Office

ERA Key's Wilmington office has moved from 384 Middlesex Avenue to Six Middlesex Avenue.

The new location, which is in the heart of Wilmington, will provide customers with easier access. It also provides room for expansion, according to Lori Penney, who managed the move. The 1,300 square foot office is located in the historic Henry Jacques home, which was built in 1842.

“The new office is very inviting,” according to Penney. “It has a farmer’s porch and a backyard, and it’s in the center of town near the train station. It also has lots of parking, so it will be convenient for both our clients and our agents.”

The new two-story location has a conference room, two executive offices and a kitchen on the first floor.

Space is now available for a few more experienced agents to join the team!

Milford's Victor Rosas, Kim Poirier Sell Historic Spite House

Spite House

Victor Rosas and Kim Poirier recently sold the historic Spite House. The story below appeared in The Milford Daily News.

Milford's historic and oddly-shaped Spite House now for rent

MILFORD — When attorney Warren Heller owned the curious-looking building on the corner of Exchange and Congress streets, he had to outfit the entire interior with custom furniture.

“There were no square or rectangular walls,” he said. “Every one had some unique shape.”

Built in 1899, the so-called Spite House at 61 Exchange St. had nine rooms, only one of which contained four corners. The window frames were handmade to fit the curves of the walls, Heller said. The three-story building comprises 2,462 square feet but sits on a lot measuring just 0.028 acres (about 1,220 square feet).Victor Rosas

“It received its name because of the small lot on which it stands,” the building’s entry in the Massachusetts’ Historical Commission’s database reads. “People told (the original owner) it was impossible to place a house on it.”

Heller worked out of the building for 40 years, some of that with his father, who ran a podiatrist practice. In September, he sold 61 Exchange St. to an Ashland-based company, Carige LLC, which converted it to two apartments, back to its residential roots.

The renovation from office space to apartments was recently completed, and the space was rented out last month, local real estate agent Victor Rosas said.

It still has just one square room.

ERA Key’s Franklin Office Moves to Larger, More Accessible Location

Franklin Office

ERA Key's Franklin office has moved to 456 West Central St. The new office, which is in Franklin Square, is larger and more accessible, and provides more efficient space for ERA Key agents and staff than the previous location at 36 East Central St.Angel Moscatelli

“When we look for new homes for our clients, we take all of their goals as well as their budget into account,” Manager Angel Moscatelli said. “We used the same approach to find a new home for our agents, and were pleased to find an office with ideal access and much more space.”

ERA Key’s new office is right off of Route 495 and is easily visible from Route 140, so it will provide a great location with easy access for clients, agents and staff, according to Angel. It is also well situated to attract foot traffic from nearby retail shops.

The new office is more than three times as large as the previous office, which was several hundred square feet. It also has updated flooring, paint and a new conference room.

The Franklin office has many long-standing and newer agents on the team. Space is now available for a few more experienced agents to join the team!
