ERA Key’s Craig Named 2020 Diamond Top Producer by RACM

Top producers were recognized for outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions based on dollar volume or units sold in the 2019 calendar year. Only 5% of RACM members were eligible for the top producer award and only six were named to the diamond category.

Cathy was number three in sales volume out of 350 ERA Key agents in 2019. She was also named to the Leader’s Circle, which includes agents who have sold at least 65 units, with total volume of at least $10 million.

An Uxbridge native, she has been an agent with ERA Key since 2007. Previously she worked for more than 10 years at Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. of Marlborough, an agency that provides vocational and residential support for adults with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. She graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, with a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology.

Donna has consistently finished among ERA Key’s top producers. For 2019, she finished second in sales out of 350 agents. She was also named to the Leader’s Circle, which includes agents who have sold at least 65 units, with total volume of at least $10 million.

Donna worked for four years as the MLS supervisor for the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors before pursuing her license to sell real estate. She became a Realtor in 1992 at the former Hometown Real Estate and was named Rookie of the Year. She was her office’s top-selling agent from 1993 through 1998, finishing each year with the highest number of closed transactions and the dollar volume of homes sold. In 1999, she was one of four national finalists from more than 30,000 ERA agents for the Jim Jackson Memorial Service Award for Customer Satisfaction.

In 2007, she was the ERA Boston Broker Council Agent of the Year, with the highest dollar volume for homes sold and the largest number of transactions from more than 800 agents. In 2009, she again achieved the highest dollar volume and finished second for number of closed transactions.

ERA Key Founder Bruce Taylor Named to ERA Hall of Fame

ERA Real Estate has named Bruce Taylor, founder of ERA Key Realty Services in Northbridge, to the ERA Hall of Fame.

The ERA Hall of Fame honors affiliated individuals and companies that have consistently earned high levels of recognition and have made contributions and had a lasting impact on the culture and history of the ERA brand over the decades.

Bruce TaylorUnder Bruce’s leadership, ERA Key became one of the 10 largest real estate agencies in Massachusetts and among the 10 largest out of more than 2,400 worldwide in the ERA Franchise System.

Bruce, who was also named this year to ERA Key’s Hall of Fame, founded ERA Key Realty Services in Milford in 1988 when his agency, ERA Homeowner’s Advantage in Milford, merged with Nelson Zide’s ERA John Nelson in Framingham.

At the time, they were the two largest ERA agencies in Massachusetts. After the merger, ERA Key expanded rapidly, opening new offices throughout central Massachusetts.

In addition to opening new offices and acquiring smaller agencies, he helped the company grow by emphasizing training and the use of technology to help agents become efficient and productive.

ERA Key won the Momentum Award as the fastest growing ERA franchise in 2012, the Gene Francis Memorial Award as the Top All-Around Company in ERA in 2014, and the Jim Jackson Award for customer service and sales productivity in 2017. ERA Key merged with HUNT Real Estate ERA of Buffalo, N.Y., the second largest brokerage firm in the ERA network, in February 2018 and together they received the Gene Francis Memorial Award in 2018.

She joined ERA Key in 2005. She is also a paralegal instructor at Curry College in Milton. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Penn., and earned her paralegal certification from Northeastern University in Boston.

Dabrowski has consistently finished among ERA Key’s top producers. For 2019, she finished fourth in sales out of 350 agents. She was also named to the Leader’s Circle, which includes agents who have sold at least 65 units, with total volume of at least $10 million.

In 2018, she received ERA Key’s Circle of Light Award, which is presented for charitable work. She has raised more than $30,000 in her daughter’s memory for Free the Kids, Inc. to help build new housing, and provide food and education to children living in Haiti. She has also created a memorial fund to provide scholarships to others in her daughter’s graduating class at Shepherd Hill Regional High School in Dudley.

She has more than 30 years of real estate experience. She started Alliance Realty in Charlton and merged with ERA Key. She is a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), an Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager (ABRM) and a proud member of the National Association of Realtors.

ERA Key Agents Donate More Than $10,000 to First Responders, Others To Help During COVID-19 Pandemic

Agents of ERA Key Realty Services have donated more than $10,000 to first responders and others to help and give thanks for their assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.ERA Key Cares logo

They’ve also donated 760 rolls of toilet paper and written personal letters to residents of nursing homes, who are unable to receive visitors.

Agents regularly donate to charitable organizations through the ERA Key Realty Charitable Trust Foundation, which has donated more than $400,000 to dozens of area charities since its inception in 2004.

Since the start of the pandemic, they have continued to help charitable organizations, but have also helped first responders. Agents in each office determine how to use funds from the trust, which is funded with their commissions.

Efforts to date include the following:

Auburn. The Auburn office donated $2,000 to area food pantries and family service agencies. Auburn agents donated $500 each to the Oxford Ecumenical Food Shelf, Leicester Food Pantry and Webster-Dudley Food Share, Inc. They donated $250 each to Auburn Youth and Family Services, and St. Denis Food Pantry in Douglas.

Chelmsford. Agents in the Chelmsford office donated $1,000 to area food banks — $500 to the Table of Plenty in Chelmsford...

Whitinsville Office Provides More Than $1,000 for Sandwiches for Seniors

The Whitinsville office has provided more than $1,000 worth of sandwiches for local seniors living in senior and low-income housing in Northbridge. 

Whitinsville Office AgentsThrough the ERA Key Realty Charitable Trust Foundation, Whitinsville agents donated more than $1,000 to Peg's Diner, 67 Church St., to prepare lunches of ham and turkey sandwiches, and chocolate chip cookies. Realtor Joseph Bowes donated 85 bags of potato chips for the Cotton Mill residents. 

The Whitinsville office provided more than 200 sandwiches to the Cotton Mill Apartments, 17 Douglas Rd.; the Northbridge Housing Authority, 12 Colonial Drive; Lake Terrace Apartments, 24 Lake Terrace, and Rockdale House, 62 School St. 

“In addition to feeding needy seniors and letting them know we’re thinking about them, we’re pleased to be helping a local business, as restaurants have been hit especially hard by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Whitinsville agent Laura Hebb. “We will continue to do what we can to help.”

Framingham Agent Audra Lizarralde Earns SRES® Designation

Audra Lizarralde of Milford, an agent in the Framingham office, has earned certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) from the National Association of Realtors. Audra Lizarralde

The designation, which also makes her a member of the SRES® Council, means that she has the special knowledge and expertise needed to guide homebuyers and sellers over age 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions. 

Audra, who is also a legal assistant in the law office of George Gochros, Framingham, joined ERA Key in 2019 and was named co-Rookie of the Year for the entire agency. She was previously an accounts payable supervisor at EMC Corporation in Hopkinton and, before that at Navix Diagnostix in Taunton. She began her career as an accounts receivable specialist at Advocates, Inc. in Framingham.

 Audra earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Worcester Office Donates $1,000 to Worcester Together

The Worcester office of ERA Key Realty Services has donated $1,000 to Worcester Together, a fund created by the Greater Worcester Community Foundation and the United Way of Central Massachusetts in collaboration with the City of Worcester.

“This Fund will rapidly deploy grants and other resources to organizations throughout Worcester County that work with communities disproportionately affected by the coronavirus public health crisis,” according to the fund’s website. 

“The goal of Worcester Together is to address immediate and long-term needs, complementing the work of public health officials and expanding local capacity to address the impact of this public health crisis on our region’s vulnerable populations. Grants will target organizations that have deep roots in the community and strong experience working with residents without health insurance and/or access to sick days, people with limited English language proficiency, healthcare and gig economy workers, our seniors, neighbors, and communities of color, among others.” 

The funds were donated through the ERA Key Realty Charitable Trust Foundation.

Chelmsford Office Donates $1,000 to Area Food Banks

Through the ERA Key Realty Charitable Trust Foundation, Chelmsford agents donated $500 each to the Table of Plenty in Chelmsford and $500 to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank in Lowell. 

“At a time when all of us are struggling with the economic lockdown and continuing pandemic, it’s important to think about those who are less fortunate,” said Chelmsford Manager Jay Lynch. “Our agents decided that this is an especially good time to make a contribution to our local food banks.”
