Realtors from the Milford office of ERA Key helped decorate Draper Memorial Park in Milford with a "field of flags" to honor veterans and active military in celebration of this year's Independence Day.
Michelle Huynh, Angel Moscatelli and Toni Travaglini helped to display the flags, along with volunteers from Milford Federal Bank, the U.S. Army Recruiting Station and The Salvation Army of Greater Milford.

Victor J. Rosas of Whitinsville, an agent in the Milford office, has obtained a license to sell real estate in Connecticut.
Rosas, who has been a Realtor with ERA Key for the past five years, is also licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has experience with all types of property, including commercial real estate.
“Being licensed in three states gives both me and my clients additional flexibility, which is especially important in today’s competitive market,” Rosas said. “My clients appreciate that I'm ready to go where I’m needed.”

Agents in ERA Key's Framingham office recently helped build playhouses for Habitat for Humanity that will be donated for use by children of veterans.
The Framingham office has built playhouses in the past and also has made other contributions to Habitat for Humanity, as have other offices.

Victoria D. Stuller of Charlton has joined ERA Key Realty Services as a Realtor in the Spencer office.
She has 16 years of sales experience and several years of experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as a bartender at Teddy G’s in Sturbridge, as a bar manager at the Beer Garden in Worcester, and as a bartender and server at J. Anthony’s Italian Grill in Auburn.
She earned an associate’s degree in psychology from Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester.
“I’ve heard that ERA Key is a fantastic company to work for, so when I decided to become a real estate agent, that’s the agency I decided to join,” Victoria said. “I’m looking forward to expanding my sales and customer service experience with ERA Key.”
Team Blue in ERA Key's Wilmington office recently participated in the Wilmington High School Senior Exploration Program by accepting two seniors, Tori Ciampa and Janelle Penney.
Each year, Wilmington High School holds a Senior Exploration Program to give students an
opportunity to experience a career field that may be of interest to them. This year,
Team Blue had the honor of accepting two students from the program to work with from May 4
to May 31, 2022. During their time with Team Blue at ERA Key Realty Services, the two interns:
Observed at an open house
Delivered “Pop-By” tokens to neighborhoods
Hosted the raffle table at the Kentucky Derby Client Appreciation Party
Learned about town assessments and competitive market values
Participated in other administrative tasks, such as branding, social media and marketing
“Working with Team Blue was such a fun experience! The whole team created an inviting and exciting environment for us to come work and learn about real estate,” said Tori.
“Over the summer, Tori and I are planning on attending a real estate course to study and take the exam to get our real estate licenses," Janelle said. "We had such a great time working with Team Blue that we want to continue to work in and learn about the real estate business."
