Lamplighter Green is a neighborhood of homes just south of the Northwest Expressway in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The homes in this area are located on Hatikva Way, Lemay Way, and Lamplighter Lane, which form an enclosed circle east off of Richardson Road. This neighborhood is just a short drive from many of the town’s schools and state highways, making it a great location for commuters.

Stony Brook, a small stream that runs from the Merrimack River to Stony Brook Reservoir, runs behind the eastern side of the neighborhood, giving some homes in the area a tranquil waterfront view.

Lamplighter Green is just a few miles west of many of Chelmsford’s most popular shopping areas, the closest of which is Drum Hill Shopping Center on Drum Hill Road. Here you’ll find two grocery stores, mail shipping centers, as well as many popular local restaurants. Along Route 110, you’ll find East Gate Plaza and Chelmsford Mall, which feature many stores and restaurants as well as a grocery store and fitness center.

There are many excellent golf courses, hiking trails, and places to fish and go boating near Lamplighter Green. Locals can play a round of golf at Vesper Country Club, Mount Pleasant Golf Club, and Nabnasset Lake Country Club, all of which are just a short drive away. There are miles of trails that can be used for biking or hiking at Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest and Great Brook Farm State Park, both of which are within six miles of this neighborhood. Visitors of the Merrimack River or Nabnasset Pond can spend the day riding in a kayak or canoe, or fishing for a variety of species.
