Brimstone Estates is a new development of homes in northern Framingham, Massachusetts. These houses are located south off of Brimstone Lane on Nobscot Drive, which connects to the neighborhoods on Woodstock Drive and Mountain View Drive. These homes are also just a few miles north of the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), which locals can take east into Boston or west towards Worcester and New York.

The homes at Brimstones Estates are mostly large Colonials with 4 or more bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. These homes have large yards, central air, and attached garages. There are also plots of land about an acre in size in the area, which you can use to build a new house. This safe area has very little through-traffic and sidewalks on both sides of the street, so you can feel comfortable walking the dog or doing cardio around the neighborhood.

This neighborhood is located just a short drive away from many large state parks including Callahan State Park, Marlborough-Sudbury State Forest, and Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge. Each park feature long trails for hiking or mountain biking as well as small rivers and ponds where visitors can kayak, canoe, or observe the local wildlife. Fishers and boaters can also make the short drive west to Lake Cochituate, a large body of water in Natick, Massachusetts. Many golf courses, including Charter Oak Golf Course and Marlborough Country Club, are also nearby.

Those living at Brimstone Estates can spend the day shopping at one of the nearby shopping centers including Sudbury Crossing, Sudbury Plaza, and the Natick Mall, which features over two hundred stores and restaurants as well as a dine-in movie theater. Locals can also make the short drive south into the heart of Framingham, where they’ll find a few more shopping plazas as well as many grocery stores, banks, a major bus line that travels throughout the region.
