Doeskin Hill Estates is a neighborhood of homes located on Woodstock Drive, Carter Drive, and Doeskin Drive, a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic. These homes are centrally located between the Boston-Worcester Turnpike and the Massachusetts Turnpike, which locals can use to commute to work or travel to either end of the state. These highways also make it convenient to drive into Boston, which is approximately a 45 minute drive east.
The homes at Doeskin Hill Estates are mostly large Colonials and Contemporaries with four or more bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. These spacious homes have multiple thousands of square feet of living area, gorgeous lawns, and attached garages. This neighborhood, and the neighborhoods nearby, are very safe, with little through-traffic, sidewalks, and streetlamps.
Callahan State Park is less than two miles east of Doeskin Hill Estates. This 1,000 acre park features many scenic nature trails where visitors can hike, mountain bike, horseback ride, and more. This park also has many open grassy places for outdoor sports and picnics. Golfers can hit the links at one of the nearby courses such as Nashawtuc Country Club, Charter Oak Golf Course, and Framingham Country Club. Boat owners can take their vessel on the water at Cochituate Lake, which is located east of Framingham in Natick.
Doeskin Hill Estates is about fifteen minutes north of Natick Mall, one of the area’s largest shopping areas. This indoor shopping mall is the site of more than two hundred shops and restaurants. Locals can drive south down Route 126 through the center of Framingham and into northern Ashford to reach a few smaller shopping plazas with grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and more.
