Millwood Farms Golf Course

Millwood Farms Golf course is a 14-hole public course located on the northern side of Framingham. This golf course can be found on Millwood Street, which separates the course on the east from Callahan State Park on the west. This course is located a few miles north of Route 30 and the Mass Pike, allowing golfers from all over the state to visit and play a round. Millwood Farms also features a small restaurants known as the 19th hole.

Many of the homes near Millwood Farms Golf Course are located on the looping circle formed off of Grove Street by Blackberry Lane, Millwood Street, and Winch Street. Homes in the area include mostly Colonials, Capes, and ranches, most of which have between 2-4 bedrooms, a large yard, and an off-street driveway. Most of the houses near this golf course have plenty of privacy due to their location along the eastern side of Callahan State Park.

Other than playing at the Millwood Farms Golf Course, locals can spend a day outside at one of the area’s many state parks. Although Callahan State Park is the closest in the area, these homes are also just a short drive from the Marlborough-Sudbury State Forest, Ashland State Park, and Hopkinton State Park. Each of these woodland areas have wide open fields for playing sports of having a picnic as well as trails where visitors can jog, bike, and hike. The houses near this golf course are also only a few miles west of Lake Cochituate, the area’s most popular boating and fishing destination. The lake features a large boat ramp as well as areas along the coast where visitors can swim or fish for salmon, bass, trout, and more.

The Natick Mall is about a fifteen minute drive east of the homes near Millwood Farms Golf Course. The Natick Mall features more than two hundred excellent stores and restaurants, so you’ll be able to find whatever it is you’re shopping for. Near the Natick Mall are a few other shopping centers as well as a dine-in cinema. Smaller shopping plazas can be found throughout the center of Framingham, which is about a ten minute drive south of these homes. Locals can find fitness centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, local restaurants, and more in the center of town.
