To west of Farm Pond, there’s a large park and athletic complex known as Cushing Memorial Park. This park has sports fields, running trails, bike paths, and playgrounds. South Framingham is also just a short drive from many larger state parks including Cochituate State Park, Hopkinton State Park, and Ashland State. Those who enjoy golf are just a short drive from many popular local courses including Charter Oak, Millwood Farms, and Framingham Country Club.
