Cobblestone Woods is a small neighborhood located between Coronation Drive and Maple Street in Franklin, Massachusetts. The homes are can be found along Baron Road, Cobblestone Drive, and Woodstock Circle. Interstate 495, Route 140, and an MBTA commuter line are all a few miles south of this area, so locals can easily travel throughout the region.

The homes in the Cobblestone Woods neighborhood are mainly Colonials with 3 or more bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Most of these houses have an attached garage, large lawn, private patio or deck, and lots of privacy due to the surrounding woodland areas. The safe and quiet area has sidewalks on both sides of the street as well as very little through-traffic.

This neighborhood is just a short drive away from some of the state’s largest and most scenic state forests. F. Gilbert Hills State Forest, Franklin State Forest, and Wrentham State Forest are all within fifteen miles of Cobblestone Woods. Golfers can play a round at Bungay Brook Golf Club, Franklin Country Club, New England Country Club, or Wentworth Hills Country Club, all of which are south of this Cobblestone Woods. Those who enjoy being by the water, whether to go swimming, fishing, or boating, have plenty of nearby options such as the Charles River, Lake Pearl, and Beaver Pond.

Two of the state’s finest shopping centers, Wrentham Village Premium Outlets and Patriot Place, can be found about about ten miles east of Cobblestone Woods. There are over 300 restaurants and stores between these two areas, so visitors will be able to find whatever it is they are craving or looking for. Smaller shopping plazas with grocery stores, banks, eateries, pharmacies, and more can be found a couple miles south along Route 140 in Franklin or a short drive west in Milford, Massachusetts.
