Colefarm Estates Franklin

Colefarm Estates is a small neighborhood of homes just south of Charles Drive in the city of Franklin, Massachusetts. These houses are located on the eastern side of Skyline Drive, a long, looping road that connects to Charles Drive at the east and Lincoln Street to the west. Residents can easily drive throughout the area or commute to work due to this area’s central location between Routes 115, 126, and 140 as well as Interstate 495.

Locals can shop along Central Street in Franklin, which is about four miles south of these homes. Visitors of the area will find many outstanding local restaurants as well as a many stores, supermarkets, banks, and more. Residents of Colefarm Estates looking for a larger shopping area having plenty of options less than fifteen miles north in Natick, Massachusetts. The Natick Mall, Cloverleaf Marketplace, Shoppers World, and Sherwood Plaza Shopping Center make up a large complex with more than 300 stores and restaurants. Patriot Place in Foxborough and Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham are also just a short drive away.
