Cranberry Meadow Estates

Cranberry Meadow Estates is a small neighborhood of houses located directly along the western border of Franklin, Massachusetts. These homes are located west off of Pine Street on Sunken Meadow Road and John Edwards Circle, two cul-de-sacs with no through-traffic. This area has paved sidewalks and plenty of tall trees, giving these properties lots of privacy.

The homes in Cranberry Meadow Estates mainly consist of 3-4 bedroom Colonials with 2 or more bathrooms and thousands of square feet of living space. Many of the houses in this neighborhood also have an attached garage and a private porch, patio, or deck. Residents are less than two miles west of Route 126 and an on-ramp for Interstate 495, which takes drivers west towards the New Hampshire border and south towards Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

This neighborhood is about a five minute drive west of many excellent shopping areas in eastern Bellingham, Massachusetts. Locals can get plenty of shopping done at Crossroads Shopping Center, Charles River Center, and Stallbrook Marketplace, all of which are located just off of Route 126. The homes in Cranberry Meadow Estates are also about 15 miles west of the more than 300 stores and restaurants located between Wrentham Village Premium Outlets and Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Patriot Place is also the site of Gillette Stadium, a popular venue for music concerts and sporting events.

Residents of Cranberry Meadow Estates can head about five miles south and spend the day hiking along the trails at Franklin State Forest or lying out in the sun at Chilson Beach, which is located on the northern side of Beaver Pond. Beach-lovers can also drive a little further east to Lake Pearl in Wrentham, Massachusetts, which features two beaches and public ramp that can be used to launch all types of boats out onto the water. Franklin Country Club and Maplegate Country Club, both of which feature excellent golf courses, are also just a short drive from this neighborhood.
