Dianna Estates Franklin

Dianna Estates is a large neighborhood of homes along the southern edge of the city of Franklin, Massachusetts. The houses in this area are located between South Street and Forest on Jefferson Road, Jackson Circle, Peters Lane, Reagan Avenue, and a few other small side streets. The paved sidewalks and minimal through-traffic allow residents to feel comfortable strolling around the block or walking the dog.

Locals are within a few miles of both Interstate 495 and Route 121, making it easy to travel throughout the region or make the daily drive into work.

This neighborhood is about a fifteen minute drive directly east of Wrentham VIllage Premium Outlets, a large shopping center with more than 100 stores and restaurants. Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place are only a few miles further east as well. Those with smaller shopping needs can drive directly north to Central Street in the heart of Franklin, which is about five miles north of Dianna Estates. You can find many grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, shops, and local restaurants along this road.

The southernmost point of Franklin State Forest, which covers more than 800 acres of the city, is less than three miles north of Dianna Estates. This forest features a network of trails that visitors can use for mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and off-roading in an ATV. This neighborhood is also just a few miles north of Bungay Brook Golf Club, New England Country Club, and Heather Hill Country Club, all of which feature an excellent golf course. Those who enjoying spending time on the water can spend the day swimming, fishing, or boating on Lake Pearl in Wrentham, which is located approximately six miles east of Dianna Estates. This lake features sandy beaches, a boat launch ramp, designated fishing areas, and more.
