Dover Farms is a small neighborhood of houses on the west side of Franklin, Massachusetts. The homes in this neighborhood are located on Paddock Lane, Palomino Drive, Derby Lane, and Canter Lane. Routes 109, 126, and 140 as well as a stop along the MBTA Commuter Rail are all just a few miles away, allowing residents to easily commute to work or drive into a neighboring city.

Visitors of Patriot Place can also spend an evening watching a movie at the local theater or a sporting event or concert at Gillette Stadium, the home of the New England Patriots.
