Milliken Hills is a low-rise condominium complex in the heart of Franklin. Most of these condos are located just north of Route 140 on Milliken Avenue and Josephine Street, which form an enclosed circle with Alpine Place. Residents of Milliken Hills can also take Route 140 east towards Wrentham and Foxborough and spend the day shopping at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets or Patriot Place, which feature more than 200 stores and restaurants collectively. You may also have the chance to watch a sporting event or concert at Gillette Stadium, which is located in the Patriot Place plaza.

Nature lovers in the neighborhood are within ten miles of many popular state forests including Wrentham State Forest, F. Gilbert Hills State Forest, and Franklin State Forest. Each one of these massive woodland regions have miles of trails where visitors can hike, bike, and more. Milliken Hills is also centrally located between Lake Pearl and Beaver Pond, both of which feature small public beaches. Those interested in fishing or boating can make the short drive over to the Charles River, which runs along the northern and western edges of Franklin.
