Partridge Estates is a neighborhood of homes located a couple miles south of the Charles River in Franklin. Most of these houses are located north off of Elm Street on Anchorage Road, an enclosed circle that branches off into a few cul-de-sacs. This quiet area has little through-traffic, paved sidewalks, and plenty of trees which gives these homes some extra privacy.

There are a variety of homes in the Patridge Estates neighborhood, most of which are 3-5 bedroom raised ranches, Capes, or Colonials. Being just south of the Charles River puts residents of Partridge Estates within walking distance of an excellent place to kayak, canoe, or fish for pike, bass, perch, and more.
