Partridge Estates Franklin

Partridge Estates is a neighborhood of homes located a couple miles south of the Charles River in Franklin. Most of these houses are located north off of Elm Street on Anchorage Road, an enclosed circle that branches off into a few cul-de-sacs. This quiet area has little through-traffic, paved sidewalks, and plenty of trees which gives these homes some extra privacy.

There are a variety of homes in the Patridge Estates neighborhood, most of which are 3-5 bedroom raised ranches, Capes, or Colonials. Many of these homes also have a private patio or deck, spacious yards, an off-street driveway, and well over 1,000 square feet of living space. This area is within a few miles west of Route 109, Route 126, and Interstate 495, allowing locals to easily commute or travel throughout the area.

Being just south of the Charles River puts residents of Partridge Estates within walking distance of an excellent place to kayak, canoe, or fish for pike, bass, perch, and more. Locals can follow the Charles River east directly into Populatic Pond, another excellent spot to fish or boat. Those who prefer to swim can head directly south to Chilson Beach, which is located on the northern side of Beaver Pond. You can also spend the day explore a variety of nature trails at Franklin State Forest, Upton State Forest, or Wrentham State Forest, all of which are within ten miles of this development.

One of the state’s largest shopping complexes is only about fifteen miles north of Partridge Estates. This complex, located in Natick, is made up of four unique plazas and malls: Sherwood Plaza, Cloverleaf Plaza, Shoppers World, and the Natick Mall. Those looking for entertainment can travel about ten miles east to Gillette Stadium, which will often host sporting events and concerts. Locals are also just a 45 minute drive away from Providence.
