Forestside Estates, Hopkinton

While the bucolic suburb of Hopkinton may occasionally be overlooked, the historic town features many fine neighborhoods, with Forestside Estates being one of the most enticing. This mid-sized neighborhood is very scenic along roads lined by woods, opening up into fantastically landscaped yards of luxurious homes, the architecture of some of which can fondly be described as dramatic. The homes generally hold 4 to 5 bedrooms and comprise 3,400 to 6,600 square feet. Most were originally built in the early 1990s.

This magnificent community lies to the west of Hopkinton Center. Situated on a small road off of West Main Street, the Forestside Estates lie near I-495 and are also by Route 135. Hopkinton has lots of pristine conservation land, but Forestside Estates has a particular advantage because access to Tim’s Trail, through the Upton State Forest, is actually in the neighborhood.
