First-class office space in a well-maintained wood frame building (Teel House) just outside Arlington Center. The lease is for six office spaces in the building, four on the 1st floor, two below grade, and six parking spaces. Each floor has a separate kitchen area and restroom. The tenant will be responsible for all sub-metered utilities, a proportional share of insurance, and real estate taxes. As part of the application process, the lease, the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to two months' rent shall accompany the application to lease.
