Mauro Farms is a neighborhood comprised of 27 single-family homes in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This neighborhood is located east of Cook Lane on Nolan Way and Spencer Circle, two cul-de-sacs with no through-traffic. This area is conveniently situated Route 20 and Route 85, giving residents quick and easy access to all that Marlborough has to offer. Commuters can quickly reach the Massachusetts 85 connector, where they’ll be able to hop on I-495 or I-290.

Taking Route 20 to the west will bring you to Marlborough Center, the site of the public library, Post Office, Mayor’s Office, and many more local businesses and restaurants.
