Robin Hill, Marlborough

Robin Hills is a neighborhood of homes near the MA-85 Connector in Marlborough, Massachusetts. State Route 85, I-290, and I-495 all meet at the Connector, which makes the area great for commuters. This neighborhood is located off of Robin Hill Street on Jacobs Road and Reynolds Court, which form an enclosed circle with Donahue Drive.

The homes at Robin Hill Acres vary in size, though they are mostly large, 3-4 bedroom Colonials with multiple bathrooms and an attached garage. Many of the houses in the neighborhood have a scenic view of North Branch Brook or Howe Pond and its surrounding woodlands, which is located just behind the neighborhood.

There are many other natural attractions near Robin Hill Acres as well. Those who enjoy fishing can make a quick drive west to Wachusett Reservoir, where local report catching salmon, trout, bass, and more. If you’re looking to go for a hike or bike ride, you can travel along the Assabet River Rail Trail, which runs over 12 miles through central Massachusetts. Juniper Hill Golf Course, which features 36 holes, a pro shop, and a restaurant, is less than five miles south of this neighborhood.

New England Sports Center, and Solomon Pond Mall, Marlborough’s largest shopping mall, can be found along Donald Lynch Boulevard, which is about two miles away from Robin Hill Acres. R.K. Centre, another one of Marlborough’s most popular shopping plazas, is just a short drive south. 

Since Robin Hill Acres is conveniently located near many state highways, it doesn’t take long for residents of the neighborhood to travel to Massachusetts’ major cities. Locals can take the Mass Pike (I-90) about 35 miles east to Boston, I-290 about 15 miles west to Worcester, and I-495 south to Cape Cod.
