Stoneybrook Estates is a neighborhood of homes on the eastern side of Marlborough. The houses are mainly located on Blanchette Drive, which forms an enclosed circle connecting to Concord Road and Sudbury Street. Jackson Circle, Demers Drive, and Lamarre Drive are other streets in this quiet area.

Marlborough’s premier shopping areas can found along Donald Lynch Boulevard, which is about a fifteen minute drive away from this neighborhood. Shops at the Pond and Solomon Mall Pond, which feature over 125 restaurants and stores, as well as a New England Sports Center. Many local businesses and restaurants can also be found about three miles south along Boston Post Road (Route 20).
