Built in the late 1990s, Field Pond is a neighborhood of large colonials in Milford, Massachusetts. This community is located next to Sanylah Crossing, which was added to the area in 2014. Both communities are located on Field Pond Road, an enclosed circle which connects to Fiske Mill Road at either end.
The spacious units at Field Pond, many of which are built on over an acre of land, include 4 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Some of these homes have a scenic waterfront view overlooking Mill Pond and Fiske Millpond. Milford Pond, a popular fishing spot with a public boat launch, is just a short drive from Field Pond.
Although Field Pond is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with no through-traffic, it’s also conveniently located to the many restaurants and shopping centers in downtown Milford. Quarry Square Shopping Center and Milford’s most popular local restaurants including SKY Buffet, Sal’s Pizza, Prezo Grille & Bar, and Acapulcos are about five miles away on E Main Street. E Main Street intersects with Fortune Boulevard, the location of a Best Buy, Lowe’s, Target, and Starbucks.
Field Pond is also near many state routes and highways, making it an ideal location for those who need to commute to Worcester or Boston. Access to Route 16, Route 109, and Route 140 are all just a short drive from the neighborhood. For those looking to travel a bit further, access to Interstate 495, which travels from Cape Cod up through Marlborough, and the Mass Pike, which travels from Boston to western Massachusetts, are within 10 miles of Field Pond.
