Kingsbury Pond, Norfolk
A popular neighborhood in the classic suburb, Norfolk, southwest of Boston, lies charming Kingsbury Pond. This medium sized neighborhood features homes that typically offer 2 to 3 bedrooms, most of which are just over 1,000 square feet. The majority are designed in colonial or raised ranch architecture. While original development was in the early 1960s, construction has continued, particularly in the mid 1990s, but also some more recently as well.
Kingsbury Pond Area - Active Listings
Named for the pond the neighborhood envelopes, some Kingsbury Pond homes offer access to the pond. This unique neighborhood is located west of Norfolk Center, which has its own MBTA commuter rail stop, as does nearby Franklin. Both centers offer great restaurants and small businesses. For an outdoor experience there are trails around the Del Carte Conservation Area.
