North Andover Real Estate
Located 25 miles north of Boston, North Andover is a larger town located in Essex County. First settled in 1644, North Andover now has a population of approximately 28,350 residents. Andover has an area of 27.8 square miles. The Merrimack River runs along the northern border of the town, and Shawsheen River also passes through the town. North Andover has a number of reservations, conservation areas, and two state forests, providing ample opportunities for recreation. North Andover is also home to Lake Cochichewick, and the neighborhood surrounding and looking over the lake is now the location of high end, very large houses.
North Andover is accessible by I-495, Route 114, Route 125, and Route 133. North Andover is served by the Merrimack Regional Transit Authority. North Andover borders Andover, Lawrence, Haverhill, Boxford, Middleton, and North Reading.
