North Attleborough, also spelled Attleboro, lies in Bristol County approximately 38 miles south of Boston, and 16 miles north of Providence. In its early days North Attleborough had a number of mills operating along the 10 Mile River and the 7 Mile River producing cotton. In its 19 square miles, North Attleborough is home to just over 28,700 residents. The World War I Memorial Park houses fields for team sports, a large hill for sledding and skiing, and even a petting zoo and an arboretum. North Attleboro has many desirable neighborhoods including the high-end neighborhoods of Westwood Estates and The Cliffs.
North Attleborough borders the other towns of Plainville, Mansfield, Attleborough, and Cumberland (RI). It is accessible by I-95, I-295, and also Routes 1, 120, 152.
