Fox Farm Estates, Shrewsbury

Fox Farm Estates is a neighborhood of homes just south of the center of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. This neighborhood is located between South Street and Grafton Street on Melody Lane, Lamplighter Drive, Seton Drive, Comstock Lane, Brentwood Drive, Thorning Drive, and Flint Meadow Lane. The convenient location near many state highways including Route 9 and Route 140 make it easy for locals to commute to work or drive west into Worcester.

Fox Farm Estates is less than a ten minute drive east of Lake Quinsigamond, one of the area’s most popular water attractions. Visitors can swim at one of the coastal beaches, fish for a variety of species, or launch a boat at one of the many public boats ramps along the coast. This neighborhood is also just a couple miles south of Ski Ward Ski Area, a great place to visit during the cold, winter months. Those who enjoy hiking or biking can make a trip to Rawson Hill or Green Park in Shrewsbury, or Green Hill Park, which is located in eastern Worcester.
