The Green at Shrewsbury (aka Shrewsbury Green) is a condominium complex in the western side of the city. This neighborhood is located west off of S Quinsigamond Avenue on Shrewsbury Green Drive, an enclosed circle with no through traffic. This complex is conveniently located less than a mile south of an on-ramp to the Boston Worcester Turnpike, which travels west into Worcester and east towards Framingham and Natick.

Locals can spend a day in the sun or swimming at the beach on the western side of the lake at Quinsigamond State Park. There are also plenty of spots along the coast where you can fish for a variety of species including bluegill, bass, crappie, trout, and salmon. Boat owners are free to use the many paved ramps around the lake to launch their car-top or motorized boat. Those who wish to hike, bike, or enjoy the outdoors can make the short drive to Green Hill Park, which is located in eastern Worcester. This park also features a public golf course, petting zoo, and many sports fields and courts.
