Crestview Gardens Condominiums is about a mile away from the heart of Spencer where you’ll find the town’s main shopping area as well as a few public service buildings. The town’s local restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, public library, and post office are all located in the town center. Larger shopping centers can be found about twenty minutes east in Worcester or fifteen miles southeast in Auburn, Massachusetts.

Spencer State Forest, a large public forest that covers nearly 1,000 acres of central Massachusetts, is a few miles south of Crestview Gardens Condominiums. There are trails for hiking, biking, and nature observation as well as picnic and swimming areas alongside Howe Pond. Those who enjoy fishing can head west to Lake Lashaway or east to Cedar Meadow Pond. Three golf courses — Leicester Country Club, Strawberry Hills Golf Course, and Hillcrest Country Club — are all short a short drive east in Leicester.

Residents of Crestview Gardens Condominiums are about an hour away from the sights and sounds of Boston, which they can reach by taking the Mass Pike (I-90). Interstate 90 also travels west throughout Massachusetts and to the eastern border or New York.
