Lake Boon, Stow
The desirable Stow neighborhood Lake Boon lives true to its name, abbutting the small natural lake, and some appealing homes are actually situated on the waterfront. The splendid community was developed over time, and the charming homes reflect that, primarily built during the 1950s, as well as the 2000s. The ideal homes in this graceful neighborhood are typically 2 to 4 bedrooms, with somewhere between 1,500 and 3,500 square feet. Lake Boon is a larger neighborhood by Stow’s standards, but manages to retain its charm.
Lake Boon is a terrific location in the ideal town of Stow, partly because of the available water activities and nearby boat ramp. However, that’s not all this optimal neighborhood offers, there are also trails just across the other side of Rt. 62, which is part of the pristin Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge. The southern and west side of the lake have several homes technically in Hudson.
