The Highlands, Sutton
The Highlands refers to a particularly large neighborhood in the versatile town of Sutton, south of Worcester. The area has historic homes incredibly dating all the way back to 1752, but most development of the area took place in the 1970s and 1980s, with a little development in the 2000s as well. These inviting homes, some of which are luxury, tend to offer 2 to 4 bedrooms. The area of these homes, mostly capes, raised ranches, and colonials, varies greatly from approximately 1,200 and 4,475 square feet.
The Highlands - Active Listings
The Highlands neighborhood is located north of the Central Turnpike, right near Rt. 146, and south of Hartness Road. It is bordered on the eastern side by Leland Hill Road, and to the west by Stone School Road. The community is close to a grocery store, as well as other businesses and restaurants on Rt. 146 and in Wilkinsonville. The Blackstone River Park is a great local opportunity to explore the local environment, and the Wilkinsonville playground is a town favorite.
