West Sutton
West Sutton is a large neighborhood in the enjoyable town of Sutton, which is to the south of Worcester. There is some more recent construction, but the majority of development in West Sutton was during the 1960s and 1970s. Most homes offer 3 to 4 bedrooms, and while area of the homes vary, most are within the range of 1,400 to 2,550 square feet. The comfortable homes of West Sutton are mostly capes and ranches, with an occasional colonial. They tend to be relatively affordable for the Sutton market.
