Wales MA

Wales is a small Massachusetts town located in Hampden county. Wales was first settled in 1726 but was not incorporated until 1775, shortly before the start of the Revolutionary War. Today, Wales has a population of just about 1,840. The area of Wales is 15.9 square miles. History buffs and home buyers alike may be attracted to the 19th century brick houses lining the streets around the town center. Wales even sponsors an ‘Olde Homes Day’ once a year with various events around town for residents to enjoy.

Rt. 19 runs through Wales. Wales borders the towns of Monson, Holland, Brimfield, Stafford (CT), and Union (CT).
