Nestled just northeast of Waltham’s downtown, Cedar Hill Reservation area is located next to the Bentley campus. This prestigious neighborhood often features homes with 4 to 6 bedrooms, spread across a typical range of 2,400 to 5,000 square feet. Architecturally, there are a variety of homes, including expansive capes and even historic Italianate styles. The Cedar Hill Reservation Neighborhood is north of Warrendale, yet still not considered part of North Waltham, It wraps around the reservation itself, and is only a short drive to the Waltham MBTA Commuter Rail Stop, Route 60, Forest Street, and Route 20 is just a touch to the south. It is bisected by Beaver Street, and as mentioned, it includes the Bentley campus, as well as the UMass College of Agriculture. Cornelia Warren Park provides fields and a large playground. Mackerel Hill is a park only a short distance away, on the other side of Trapelo Road, with many scenic paths.
