Moody Street, Waltham
Moody Street is perhaps what Waltham is best known for, and also forms a busy, diverse, medium-sized neighborhood within the coveted suburb. The age of housing varies, from historical homes from the early 1900s, all the way to more recent construction in the 2020s. Most homes feature 2 to 3 bedrooms, and fall to approximately 1,200 to 2,500 square feet in area. The majority have been nicely converted into townhomes or other condominiums.
