Roberts Neighborhood, Waltham
Located in the convenient and well known suburb Waltham, the Roberts neighborhood is relatively small for the timeless city. Many, though not all, of these exquisite homes were built in the 1800s and early 1900s. Most single family homes here offer 2 to 4 bedrooms set across 2,000 to 4,200 square feet, and fall within the mid-price range for Waltham homes. The neighborhood offers many architectural styles and boasts Victorian, cape, colonial, and brick townhouse designs. Traditional multi-family homes are also common here.

The Roberts neighborhood is southeast of Downtown Waltham, next to the Angleside neighborhood and abutting the Brandeis University. Prospective home buyers anticipating a commute may appreciate the MBTA Commuter Rail Brandeis/Roberts stop, while others may value the proximity to Route 20 and only a short drive to I-90. The Bobby Connors playground is a fun opportunity to enjoy the neighborhood outdoors.
