Located in the popular Boston suburb of Waltham, Warrendale is a classic suburban neighborhood sure to please prospective home buyers in the area. Warrendale has Route 20 to the south, and Route 60 is towards the northeast. Next to the UMass College of Agriculture, the neighborhood has a peaceful feeling and is also near Cornelia Warren Park. Warrendale is near the Belmont town line, enough so that the Waverley MBTA Commuter Rail stop is only a short drive away for those heading to Boston. Warrendale is also just down Beaver Street from Bentley University.
